Hospital Applicators

Cotton tipped applicators for use in hospitals can be produced with many different stick materials i.e.:

• Wood
• Paper
• Plastic
• Stainless steel
• Aluminium

As our experience in this field of production exceeds 20 years, we have a variety of head sizes, forms, and materials. The most common materials with which we work are:

• Cotton
• Cotton / Viscose mixes
• Viscose (rayon)
• Polyester (Dacron)
• Various foam sticks and foam materials

Other tip materials, and impregnation:

Other tip materials can be used as long as a fibre or sliver form can be produced. The stick can be impregnated with different chemical in the production process, or can be packed in many different packaging. For special packaging or development projects please do not hesitate to contact customer support.

Standard stick are normally in the size of 150x2.5mm with tips of 13x5.5mm. However stick diameters can vary from 0.9mm to 4.0mm. The length of the stick can vary from 75mm to 400mm. For other sizes please do not hesitate to contact customer support.
